Around 6:35 a.m. on January 23, Kathleen Bejer was killed when a Union Pacific railcar collided with Bejer’s stalled car. As part of the investigation into Bejers death, the traincar had digital video recording the incident. The railroad crossing was only marked with signs or “crossbuck” and did not have gates installed. The Missouri woman was 51 years of age.
